Senior Manager, Consulting, KPMG in Greece

Themis is a Senior Manager, in the Executive Search and Selection department at KPMG in Greece, with a total of 17 years of experience in the Human Resources consulting sector. He has worked for leading multinational and Greek companies. At KPMG, Themis and his team of experienced consultants specialize in the selection and evaluation of executive-level personnel, primarily for companies in the Industrial, Energy, Technology, and Shipping sectors. 

He began his career in the shipping sector, focusing on personnel performance management and professional certifications. Since 2008, he has pursued his professional path in the Human Resources Consulting field, where he continues to date. He has coordinated and implemented numerous selection and evaluation projects for managerial positions in Greek and multinational companies in Greece and abroad, primarily in the industries of Manufacturing, Energy, Information Technology, Telecommunications, as well as in the Banking and broader Financial sector. 

Additionally, he is responsible for managing the “e-Services” department at KPMG, which provides flexible and efficient solutions for finding and evaluating non-executive personnel using technological and digital tools. 

Throughout his career, he has organized and managed several Business Process Outsourcing projects, offering flexible management and resource-saving solutions to companies in various business sectors. 

Themis holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the American College of Greece and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from ALBA Graduate Business School. He is a certified user of psychometric tools and holds the Human Resources Business Professional certification from HRCI.
