My name is George Grammatidis, I am 29 years old, and I am honored to be a member of the ERLAC family. My studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens laid the foundation for developing my legal thinking, understanding the principles of administration, and setting goals oriented toward success.

My professional journey began in the United States, where I worked at the Global Federation of Competitiveness Councils in Washington, D.C. There, I learned a lot about competitiveness, I was introduced to a truly creative and entrepreneurial mindset, and cultivated my ability to inspire and innovate.

Upon returning to Greece, I founded my own business, introducing ethical Lab-Grown Diamonds to the market. This initiative was recognized by Forbes Greece 30 Under 30, an honor of great significance to me which I cherish to this day.

For the past few years, I have decided to dedicate myself to our family business, bringing with me the knowledge and experience I gained from my entrepreneurial journey. My goal is to contribute to the further development and growth of ERLAC with innovative ideas and strategies that meet the challenges of an ever-changing market.
