Eleftherios Zacharakis

As a Senior Technical Account Manager on the Client Success team at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the global authority for transforming health and well-being in buildings, organizations and communities, Eleftherios Zacharakis provides strategic support to leading-edge companies across the EMEA region to leverage WELL as foundational elements in their ESG and CSR reports.

Eleftherios has over 12 years experience in the Nordics and the US with high-profile and innovative global companies in real estate, technology and professional services, and spearheaded the global trend for public health and wellbeing with a people first approach in building, organizations and communities.

Eleftherios holds a MSc in Building Performance Design from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden and a MEng in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece. He is a WELL AP and WELL Faculty, LEED AP with specialization in O+M, Miljöbyggnad coordinator
and Project Management Professional (PMP).
