Biography
Dimitris Kokkonis lives in Athens. He studied chemistry at the University of Patras. He has been working in the coating industry for 20 years now. He started at Berling S.A. as a quality control manager. Since 2010, he has been in charge of the company’s Research and Development department. His field of expertise is architectural coatings, and he is also a certified coating inspector. Since 2016, he is the president of the paints, varnishes, and inks division of the Greek Chemists Association. in 2019 he participated in a joint effort and he is co-founder of the Institute of Coating Technologies.
